Justice Department reportedly won’t appeal AT&T-Time Warner decision

The Department of Justice won’t attraction the AT&T ruling, permitting the telecom to procure Time Warner, according to a document via CNBC.

the news comes after federal court Pass Judgement On Richard Leon rejected the federal government’s antitrust case on Tuesday against the $85 billion merger of AT&T and Time Warner.

AT&T is now cleared to close the deal on or prior to June 20.
