Chadwick Moore — the former Out magazine editor who “got here out” as conservative in the Put Up closing year — claims he used to be kicked out of Williamsburg homosexual bar Metropolitan on Thursday for being a Donald Trump supporter.
But The Lorimer Side Road spot argued on its Facebook web page that his unceremonious ejection had nothing to do with Moore’s beliefs, pronouncing, “We understand that your affairs of state don’t fit ours, but that doesn’t mean you might be now not welcome right here.”
The bar claimed that Moore’s brother “began a combat at our sister bar Macri Park” before they arrived at Metropolitan and that’s why they got booted.
Drag queen Alotta McGriddles says she witnessed the alleged fight at Macri Park, announcing on Fb, “If You’re violent and begin fights YOU’RE GOING TO NO LONGER BE ALLOWED INTO ANY BAR regardless of who you voted for.”
Moore insisted to us, “no one got right into a combat at Macri Park. i think my sister’s fiancé, who was vacationing me, were given into a political dialogue, however it was in no means a ‘battle.’ ”
